Well, this is not a question. But you’d be surprised how often do we hear it.

We are experienced with people who are shy in front of cameras, but hey, over the years we still photographed couples, families who are allegedly shy or awkward in front of camera, and we managed to get the natural photos all these years.

We won’t push awkward poses on you, our style is candid, relaxed, and natural, we are chill and fun at work, we mostly let you do your own thing, and we will only jump in for some direction at times to facilitate some great moments.

We ALWAYS try to meet you before you sign the deal! And we encourage you to meet very vendor for your wedding, even just a FaceTime/Zoom call.

It’s cheesy to say, but we want to make sure that we are the right people to show up on your wedding day, waving some cameras to document a day that is at the level of such intimacy. If we don’t tick in person, how can we produce work to the real you.

We take a 30% non-refundable deposit at booking, and we have a booking agreement. We will lock in the time for you once the deposit is paid and agreement signed, and we will confirm with you via email.

The rest amount is due 4 weeks before the wedding date, we will send emails by then.

We understand weddings can be a big investment, feel free to let us know if you want to pay the rest by instalments, we are happy to work out a plan works for you.

A sneak peek packages will be ready within 3 days after your wedding.

The whole package is usually ready in 6-8 weeks. Depending on the season of your wedding day, it might take longer than 8 weeks in peak season.

All photos will be delivered via an online gallery.

We do appreciate a hot meal after a long day at work, it helps us keeping our energy up, and keep us snapping the fun shots on the dance floor to come.

Honestly, not really.

We’ve been working in the industry for years, we’d appreciate your trust to let us do our thing, while you are in your moments. We love to capture things as they happen. While we understand you must have things and shots that are important to you, constantly going by the shot list and checking the work take us out of the moment, and potentially missing candid moments.

However, we welcome inputs and reminders of things we might not know when planning with you.

That said, we do recommend preparing a list for group photos, and appointing someone to round people up on the day. So we can make sure you get all the group photos you want, and the process goes smoothly.

We proud in our editing works, they are an important part of the work we produce. Raw photos are like half finished work that do not represent the quality we stive for.
